Catering for artists, special guests & VIPs is a very different business from running concessions for customers, or even catering a banquet dinner. The special needs of entertainers and the special circumstances at each entertainment venue can vary greatly but in the end, the venue will be judged on the quality of the service and the food. Traveling from venue to venue on a tour isn’t the most comfortable experience, so when entertainers come to your venue every amenity is greatly appreciated. The cost of accommodating your entertainment is minor in comparison to what value (and reputation) they can bring to your establishment.
