Gilley’s Dallas is a massive, 90,000+ sq ft entertainment complex just south of the Dallas Convention Center in Downtown Dallas. It hosts 4 live music venues and a total of 7 different event spaces, as well as The Jack Daniel’s Saloon (restaurant and bar). Hundreds of events take place at Gilley’s each year and G Texas Catering is the exclusive caterer for every event.

G Texas Catering operates out of the Gilley’s Dallas complex year round and is able to deploy off-premise catering services easily from that central location. All clients of Gilley’s Dallas use G Texas for catering their events and many clients of G Texas Catering will end up working with Gilley’s to secure a venue for their events.
