Quesadilla and Taco Stations

The Professional Bull Riders Association isn’t your average rodeo. Making stops across the country, this group of extremely talented bull riders compete not only for esteem and prizes–and to stay alive. As the fastest growing sport in the country, the PBR team sets their sites high. The Ford Series tour typically operates within indoor venues, but for their stop at the WinStar Casino in Thackerville, OK., a custom built arena housed the festivities.

G Texas Catering proudly represented the best in Southern catering at the championship weekend on Aug. 31 and Sept. 2. Over 6000 guests piled into the world famous casino each evening to witness the invitational featuring over 20 bull riders and the two top bucking bulls in the world, Asteroid and Bushwacker. The championship series makes 28 stops in 23 states before the Built Ford Tough Finals in Vegas on Oct 26-28 where these athletes stand to compete for a $1 million title. The stop at Win Star Casino was the 22nd stop on the long journey.

Featuring entertainment from the Randy Rogers Band and Kevin Fowler prior to opening each evening, the PBR event was a fun and fierce weekend. G Texas Catering created a variety of concessions menus for the large audience. In addition, G Texas Catering also provided custom food stations and beverage services for the VIP areas comprised of event attendees and sponsors.
